Next, the research team focuses on businesses that have strong cash flow, financial strength, a history of consistent profitability, high return on capital, and the capacity to pay and regularly increase dividends.
The team narrows the investable universe to a list of companies based on market capitalization, valuation metrics, return metrics, growth characteristics and financial strength.
The fund has the flexibility to invest up to 20% of its net assets in cash and other cash equivalents.
