The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in U.S. companies.
The investment process starts with a list of companies in market capitalizations between $50 million and $5 billion. The investment team looks for companies with a history of earnings and generate free cash flow and are deemed to be trading at discounts to their history, long term outlook and their peers.
The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in the securities of foreign companies.
