Ty joined Deutsche Asset Management in 2006 with 25 years of industry experience.

Prior to his current role, Ty was Co-Head of Active Asset Management within the Global Client Group and a Member of the Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Global Client Group Executive Committee.

Before that, he served as the CIO for DB Advisors in the Americas and as the Global Head and CIO of High Yield Strategies.

Prior to joining, Ty worked as Head of Flagship Capital Management, a subsidiary of Bank of America, as a specialty asset manager focused on below-investment grade corporate credit investments.

He has his AB from Dartmouth College.
