Steve Hoffmann is the managing partner of the Hoffmann Funds (currently the Water Factors Fund and the Discretionary Value Fund).

Steve is also the founder and Managing Director of WaterTech Capital LLC. He also serves as Senior Advisor, Water Sector Sustainability and Investment for The Horinko Group in Washington DC.

As co-founder of Palisades Water Index Associates LLC, Hoffmann developed benchmark water indexes tracked by the leading water ETFs. WaterTech Capital is an investment and advisory firm engaged in private equity and is in the process of forming a public equity water fund targeting institutional investors.
