Mr. Lieberman is a principal of the Advisor. He joined the Advisor as a portfolio manager in 1994 and began co-managing the Fund in August 1997.                                       

Before joining the Advisor, Mr. Lieberman was the Chief Investment Officer for the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association.
