Shanquan Li is a Senior Portfolio Manager on the Real Estate and Listed Real Assets team focusing on gold and special minerals equities. Mr. Li joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019. He joined OppenheimerFunds in 1995.

Prior to OppenheimerFunds, he was a senior quantitative analyst in the investment management policy group of Brown Brothers Harriman. Before that, he was a consultant for Acadian Asset Management, Inc.

Before entering the investment business, he was an associate director and senior researcher for the Development Research Center of the State Council, a think tank for the Chinese government. Mr. Li has been in the industry since 1989.

Mr. Li earned a BA degree in statistics and management planning from the People's University of China, Beijing, and an MA in international finance and economics from Brandeis University.
