Rob, CEO and Founder of Five Ten Capital, designed Five Ten’s single-family real estate platform that invests in rental properties across the nation. He oversees portfolio management for four discretionary real estate funds as well as Five Ten’s operational hub in Salt Lake City.

Rob is also Co-Founder of Dwell Finance, a lending platform offering bridge and term financing on single family investor properties. Rob has 25 years of investment experience in mortgage-backed securities, most recently as Head of Fixed Income at Putnam Investments overseeing $60 billion in assets. He co-founded Putnam’s Absolute Return products with over $5 billion in assets utilizing long/short and leveraged fixed income strategies.

Rob began his career in the mortgage market on Wall Street, initially trading mortgage-backed securities and options at Salomon Brothers before working in the mortgage division of Lehman Brothers. He has invested through numerous regional and national housing cycles, has developed a strong process for identifying and capturing opportunities across a variety of fixed income and real estate markets, and has specialized experience in agency and non-agency residential mortgage- backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and a broad spectrum of asset-backed securities.
