Neil Smith is the head of International Portfolio Modeling and an executive vice president and chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the T. Rowe Price International Equity Index Fund, Inc. He is also a member of the Valuation Committee.

Mr. Smith is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price International Ltd, T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited and T. Rowe Price Singapore Private Ltd.

Mr. Smith has 25 years of investment experience, all of which have been at T. Rowe Price.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Smith earned his B.Sc. in technological physics at the University of Essex and his M.B.A. in management of international financial services from the University of London.

He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
