Matt and his wife of two decades have four children. As a family, they share a passion for missions, adventure and empowering others. Matt, his wife, and kids spent 2016 exploring their passion for the world. With one backpack each, Matt and his family of 6 circled the globe, “world schooling” their children, volunteering, spending time together, and connecting with a variety of people and organizations.

Matt has 16 years of experience as a portfolio manager at The Leuthold Group, a prestigious research and money management firm in Minneapolis.

As a serial entrepreneur, Matt passionately pursues a variety of businesses and investments. He is seeking to maximize his time, treasure and talents for the Kingdom.

Matt is a CFA charter holder and has an MBA from the University of Minnesota. He joined the Lift Up team in 2017.
