Lee W. Schultheis has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Managing Member of the Advisor since 2002.

Prior to organizing the Advisor, Mr. Schultheis was Chief Operating Officer of Kinetics Asset Management, Inc. and President of Kinetics Funds Distributor, Inc. from 1999 to 2002.

Mr. Schultheis has more than 20 years of investment industry experience. Mr. Schultheis received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
