Julianne Bass is a senior portfolio manager for the USAA Investments Franchise. USAA Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019 and is a Victory Capital Investment Franchise.

Ms. Bass joined USAA in 1999. Prior to joining the firm, Julianne spent 12 years with Van Kampen, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, The First Boston Corporation, and Drexel Burnham Lambert.

Ms. Bass holds a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston. She is a CFA® charterholder.
