Joe is a portfolio manager and research analyst on GW&K Investment Management’s equity team, focused on small- and SMID-cap core strategies.

Before joining GW&K in 2008, he held research analyst positions with Citizens Funds and Needham & Company and was a research associate at Tucker Anthony, where he began his career in 1999.

Joe earned a B.A. from Harvard University, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is a member of the CFA Institute.
