As Portfolio Manager, Mr. Harvey Merson is primarily responsible for the day to day management of the Fund's portfolios.  Mr. Merson is a graduate of Rider College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  He is also registered with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a Registered Investment Adviser.

 Mr. Merson has been assisting individuals with the purchasing, monitoring, and sale of mutual funds for the last 31 years. Mr. Merson also serves as the Chief Compliance Officer, President and Secretary of MH Elite Portfolio of Funds, Inc.
