Euan is Investment Director within the Global Focus on Change team alongside US and Global equity colleagues at Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Euan joined Standard Life Investments in 2002 as a Trainee Liquidity Portfolio Manager.

In 2005, he was appointed Portfolio Manager of the AAA Euro and USD Liquidity funds. In the same year, the Euro Fund was ranked number one out of 73 and the USD fund was ranked third out of 174 funds in the Offshore Money Fund Report Awards. In 2006, he moved to the Boston office to become an Equity Analyst responsible for giving recommendations on Transport, Consumer Services and Regional Bank stocks and in 2007 he was appointed Portfolio Manager of a US Equity Fund. Euan transferred to the Global Equity Team in April 2018 following restructuring of the equity division.

Euan graduated with a MA in Business Studies and Accounting from University of Edinburgh. Additionally he is a CFA Charter holder, holds an ACI Dealing Certificate, and an Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
