William “Dusty” Culbertson joined Bastiat Capital in March 2003 and currently is a vice-president of the firm. Prior to joining the sub-adviser, he was a Manager at 2nd Opinion Research, from March 2003 through February 2006, where he assisted in identifying investment opportunities, writing research reports, and running the firm’s marketing and operations efforts.

Between July 2002 and March 2003, Mr. Culbertson was a consultant at IBM Business Consulting. Mr. Culbertson was a consultant/auditor at Arthur Andersen from 1999 through July 2002 where he performed financial audits on FORTUNE 500 companies and consulted with large public companies to identify and implement strategic best practices.

Mr. Culbertson graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University at College Station with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Masters in Finance from the school’s Honor program.
