Mr. Spangler joined Thrivent in 2002 serving as Director of Thrivent’s Investment Product Management group.  Currently, he is the Head of Mixed Asset and Market Strategies.

In 2019, he was named Senior Portfolio Manager and serves as a portfolio manager of the following funds: - Thrivent Aggressive Allocation Fund (since 2019), Thrivent Moderately Aggressive Allocation Fund (since 2019), Thrivent Moderate Allocation Fund (since 2019), Thrivent Moderately Conservative Allocation Fund (since 2019), Thrivent Balanced Income Plus Fund (since 2019), Thrivent Global Stock Fund (since 2019), and Thrivent International Allocation Fund (since 2019).
