David Millar is Head of the Multi Asset team at Invesco, based in Henley-on-Thames, outside of London.

Mr. Millar joined Invesco in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Standard Life Investments as an investment director of the multi-asset investing team. He was one of the portfolio managers on that team's absolute return fund and was chair of its bond investment group.

Mr. Millar joined the fixed interest team at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership in 1996, becoming head of bond strategy and chair of the bond policy group. He commenced his investment career with Scottish Widows in 1989, where he qualified as an actuary.

Mr. Millar earned a BSc (Hons) degree in mathematical statistics from the University of Cape Town and is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
