David J. Wallack is the lead portfolio manager for the US Mid-Cap Value Equity Strategy. He has been in this role since 2001.

He also serves on the Investment Advisory Committee for the Global Natural Resources Equity Strategy. Mr. Wallack is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Mr. Wallack has 30 years of investment experience, 29 of which have been at T. Rowe Price.

He started at the firm in 1990 as a research analyst covering energy, natural resources, and utilities and was appointed to the portfolio management team for the Global Natural Resources Equity Strategy in 1996.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wallack was employed by Citibank in the Private Banking Group. Before he joined Citibank, Mr. Wallack was responsible for fundraising and project management at the J. Paul Getty Trust and at Harvard University.

Mr. Wallack earned a B.A. in history from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in industrial administration from the Carnegie Mellon University Graduate School of Industrial Administration.

Mr. Wallack also was named "Mid-Cap Value Fund Manager of the Year" for 2016 by Morningstar.
