David F. Sand has more than twenty-five years of experience as a portfolio manager and investment adviser. As a Vice President at Shearson (1980—1984) and later as First Vice President of Drexel Burnham Lambert (1984—1985), he worked to combine market returns and economic results for institutional clients. He also served as Director and Portfolio Manager for Franklin Research and Development.

Mr. Sand received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1979 and his Masters in Public Administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University in 1988.
