Damon J. Andres, who joined Delaware Investments in 1994 as an analyst, currently serves as a portfolio manager for the firm’s real estate securities and income solutions (RESIS) group.
He also serves as a portfolio manager for the firm’s Dividend Income products. From 1991 to 1994, he performed investment-consulting services as a consulting associate with Cambridge Associates.
Andres earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting from the University of Richmond.
