Mr. Zox has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, a Juris Doctor degree from the Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and a Masters of Law degree from the University of Florida, College of Law in taxation and holds the CFA designation.

He has been an investment professional with the Adviser since January 2001. Mr. Zox currently serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Adviser. From 1993 to 2000, he was a tax associate and then a tax partner with the law firm of Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn Co., L.P.A.
