Bill Irving is a portfolio manager at Fidelity Investments. He has managed government- and mortgage-related bond portfolios since 2004.

Bill joined Fidelity in 1999 as a quantitative analyst responsible for building and maintaining prepayment and term-structure models for valuation of mortgage-backed securities.
