Bill is a senior managing director, senior portfolio manager, and head of U.S. small-cap equities at Manulife Investment Management, responsible for leading the construction of U.S. small-cap core and value portfolios and ensuring the integrity of the research process for the small-cap equity team.

Prior to joining the company in 2013, Bill managed U.S. small-cap equities at UBS and private debt and equity for the Travelers Companies.

He earned a B.S. from Trinity College, an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
