Arthur Hurley is a senior portfolio manager on real estate special equity (loan management) strategies. He joined one of the Columbia Threadneedle Investments legacy firms in 2006 as a lead portfolio manager and has been a member of the investment community since 1994.

Mr. Hurley earned a B.A. in finance from the University of Massachusetts. He is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society and serves on the NAREIT Real Estate Investment Advisory Council. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
