Andrew is a portfolio manager of Nuveen’s Small Cap Value strategies and related institutional portfolios. He is also a senior equity research analyst for the small cap value team, specializing in the consumer staples, healthcare and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he worked at Summit Creek Advisors, LLC, as chief compliance officer and portfolio manager/analyst on a small-cap growth portfolio.

He has also worked as a trader and analyst at Winslow Capital Management, Inc., and as a senior marketing research analyst at Investment Advisers, Inc.

Andrew graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. He also holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
