The fund’s primary objective is to generate returns that are similar to stock market benchmark with lesser volatility over a full market cycle.
The investment process includes companies of all market capitalizations and is designed to identify companies with sustainable business models, attractive earnings and cash flow streams, and operated by shareholder friendly management. The process also favors companies that are trading at attractive prices to their peers or market.
The fund decides its allocation between stocks and bonds depending on the market conditions, earnings outlook and risk-reward ratios for both asset classes but maintains at least 95% of its allocated to these assets.
