Next, the research team focuses on securities of companies organized outside of the United States.

The team prefers established companies that demonstrate favorable characteristics and are listed on foreign exchanges.

Then the manager constructs a portfolio of stocks from a list of companies favored by the research team and allocates capital based on its conviction level.

The fund may invest in companies among at least three different countries.

Also, the fund invests in emerging market securities, including exchange-traded funds.

The fund may also invest in securities of companies that are organized in the United States, but primarily operate outside of the United States or derive a significant portion of its revenues outside of the United States.
