WisdomTree U.S. Quality Shareholder Yield Fund

The fund seeks income and capital appreciation by investing in companies in the United States.

The sub-adviser’s investment process starts with a list of companies in the benchmark index and the research team utilizes quantitative techniques and fundamental analysis to identify investment opportunities.

Next, the research team invests in U.S. equity securities that provide a high total shareholder yield and exhibit favorable quality characteristics.

Also, the team focuses on a company’s profitability, such as superior returns on equity and/or returns on assets.

Then the manager constructs a portfolio of stocks from a list of companies favored by the research team and allocates capital based on its conviction level.

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of companies domiciled in the U.S. or listed on a U.S. exchange.

Also, the fund generally estimates to invest in large- and mid-capitalization companies and may invest in any sector.
