Temenos rebounded after the Swiss software developer reiterated its financial outlook and refuted charges from the U.S.-base short-seller Hindenburg Research.

NatWest Group reported a record annual profit since the financial crisis in 2007. Swiss Re said annual profit in 2023 improved because of improvements in its property and casualty segments.

Commerzbank announced a stock buyback plan after net income soared in the fourth quarter and full-year 2023. Airbus announced a special dividend supported by strong annual results. Schneider Electric lifted its dividend. Pernod Ricard lowered its current year outlook.

Capgemini reported strong 2023 results. Delivery Hero said organic cash flow is sufficient to meet its debt obligations. Heineken issued a cautious annual outlook. Coca-Cola HBC lifted its cash dividend. Schindler estimated muted annual sales growth in 2024.
